System Analyst Middle+ / Senior

Responsibilities

• We are looking for System Analysts to join one of our teams - Core Banking Systems, Customer Care, and others. This role involves active participation in the full product development lifecycle, from initial idea to launch. The specialist will be responsible for designing technical solutions, including architecture, APIs, and data models, as well as creating clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless user journey
• Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
• Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development
• Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
• End-to-end product development requirements management
• Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
• Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
• Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch
