Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales processes and increase productivity
- Manage and optimize the CRM system and other sales technologies
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts
- Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies
- Continuously evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies
