We're looking for a Business Development Director - Financial Services to join our team in the Northeast USA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new logo acquisition within the financial services sector across North America, in a pure new revenue, hunter-focused role concentrated exclusively on generating new business and expanding EPAM's footprint with new clients.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue and close net new business opportunities within the financial services sector, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to win new logos, leveraging EPAM's digital, cloud, data and engineering capabilities
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using industry knowledge, personal networks and market research
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposal development and contract negotiation
Collaborate with EPAM's delivery, technology and alliance teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful deal closure
Stay abreast of industry trends and client challenges to position EPAM as a strategic partner for IT modernization and digital transformation
Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
