Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what's possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step.
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events. Help in organising ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/'SNUGs' to share knowledge and achievements
