- Set the baseline, the quarterly targets, and the channel mix that lifts active member count across exchanges, FIs, wallet providers, and adjacent compliance / risk teams.
- Own the engagement loop: signals contributed, signals consumed, member-to-member intros, peer roundtables, member-led content.
- Set the cadence for member success programming (onboarding, monthly value reports, quarterly business reviews).
