Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams of CPO and Networking Chip Equipment and Production Test engineers - setting direction, developing talent, and holding a high bar for quality and execution.
- Partner closely with technology teams, platform suppliers, hardware vendors, test engineering, and OSAT partners to ensure seamless test readiness and ramp execution.
- Drive cross-team problem-solving to support high-volume production and resolve complex operational issues with speed and rigor.
