Team Telecom Armenia is looking for a Leasing Operations Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing the leasing process for the Company’s buildings and facilities. Position Title: Structural Unit: Real Estate Management Division
Responsibilities
- Organize the leasing process of real estate owned and/or exploited by the Company.
- Conduct negotiations on rental prices and leasing terms.
- Coordinate geodetic and measurement activities for the premises.
- Handle documentation related to the above-mentioned transactions.
- Organize the notarial certification and state registration of lease rights for real estate, as required.
- Carry out market research.
- Monitor the validity periods of leasing agreements.
- Organize the disposal (sale or transfer) process of Real estate under ownership of the Company.
- Re-register owned real estate and make the necessary amendments in ownership certificates.
- University degree preferably in Finance or Economics
