Responsibilities
- Examine the customers betting history and payment activity, review their history and provide recommendation on actions to the team lead / take actions accordingly
- Knowledge of the Payment Providers by regions and how they work
- Analyze and monitor transactions, risk exposures to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Assist in ensuring that the company complies with relevant risk management standards / regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk control measures and best practices.
- Investigate risk-related incidents, preparing detailed reports with findings and suggested actions.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key risk indicators and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Review and execute the inquiries/tasks assigned
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
