Responsibilities

End-to-End Executive Search
Lead confidential, high-stakes recruitment processes for C-level positions across our portfolio, from initial leadership profiling to successful placement and equity negotiation.
Ecosystem Networking: Proactively build and nurture an exclusive global network of proven entrepreneurs, seasoned tech executives, digital leaders, and industry advisors.
Rigorous Executive Assessment
Conduct deep competency and cultural fit interviews. You must accurately evaluate a candidate’s risk tolerance, entrepreneurial drive, and capacity to lead in high-uncertainty environments.
Hands-on Execution: At Red Sky, we don't rely on costly external executive search agencies. You will roll up your sleeves, drive the search strategy yourself, and personally manage the relationship with high-profile candidates.
