MekStep Academy is inviting applications for a Call Center Specialist to join its team. We are looking for a specialist with well-developed communication skills, who is responsible and goal-oriented, will make inbound and outbound calls, present the academy's educational programmes and ensure effective communication with potential and existing clients. What matters to us is literate and clear speech, the ability to identify clients' needs, a high service culture and a readiness to achieve results. The job is office-based, in Yerevan.

Responsibilities

  • Making inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Providing consultations on the academy's courses, educational programmes and enrolment conditions.
  • Identifying clients' needs and offering suitable educational solutions.
  • Carrying out telephone sales while following the established sales processes.
  • Working effectively with clients' questions, objections and concerns.
  • Organising and coordinating meetings between potential clients and the academy's representatives.
  • Making follow-up calls and maintaining ongoing contact with interested clients.
  • Recording, processing and regularly updating client data.
  • Cooperating with those responsible for sales and educational programmes.
  • Ensuring compliance with service quality standards and submitting reports on completed work.
