Lead of BI Analytics

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership, senior, or supervisory role
• Proven leadership and team mentorship experience in a BI or Data Analytics setting
• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning for large, complex datasets
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and governing scalable BI solutions using major tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT methodologies, and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business strategy into actionable BI requirements and solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage concurrent BI projects and deadlines
• Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
