We are seeking a Delivery Manager - Salesforce to lead and oversee Salesforce delivery initiatives, ensuring successful project execution, team management and client satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, project management and agile methodologies, with a proven track record of managing large teams and complex engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage Scrum or Scrum of Scrum frameworks within project teams
- Plan Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Stand up, Sprint demo, review retrospectives and Definition of Done
- Execute project delivery by ensuring teams meet commitments, removing impediments and providing necessary support
- Report progress and metrics such as weekly reports, Agile metrics, burn down and business value
- Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner for effective resolution
- Oversee people management for teams of 20+ members and scale teams as needed
- Handle account management including Gross Margin, P&L, T&M, Fixed bid, SOW and Revenue Target
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of product management
