Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of software and digital products to identify defects and potential failures.
• Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and technical documentation.
• Analyze business processes and system functionality to ensure effective testing.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of payment systems and digital products.
• Document identified defects, including reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results.
• Analyze test results, track defect resolution, and perform retesting when necessary.
• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and other relevant departments to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze the technical and functional aspects of systems to identify potential quality risks.
• Review and maintain test documentation to ensure alignment with current requirements.
• Prepare testing reports and present results to the direct supervisor.
