Team Telecom Armenia is looking for Call center specialists in Vanadzor city, who will be persons of contact between the Company and the customers. The Flexible and shift mode of the work (includes day and night shifts), as well as the opportunity of professional development make the role attractive for students.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide full/comprehensive information.
- Review the customer needs/problems and provide relevant solution or find alternatives.
- Transfer the solution of problems/cases to other units if needed.
- Provide first level technical support to the customers.
- University degree or diploma in college
- Education in technical field is a plus.
