We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Armenia and help us deliver a seamless, personal, and reliable customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers across different channels, resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, refunds, vouchers, and other service-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, refunds, vouchers, gift cards, and other service-related issues.
- Monitor live orders when needed and proactively support customers when problems arise.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback that can help improve processes, tools, and the overall customer experience.
- Support additional CX and operational tasks when required.
