The Staff Solutions Architect is Temporal's primary customer-facing technical leader within the Banking team, with a focus on the APJ (India) region. In this crucial role, you’ll work directly with prospects and customers, guiding them in understanding the suitability of their applications for Temporal’s platform and showcasing the technical advantages of our cloud service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal’s platform well.
- Educate customers and prospects on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service.
- Position Temporal as a leading solution against competing technologies and architectural patterns.
- Foster an environment within customer engineering organizations to increase the adoption and expansion of Temporal in production environments.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
- Manage and nurture relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizations, ensuring they fully leverage Temporal’s capabilities.
