Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and optimization ofDynamics 365 Finance & Operationssolutions in cloud environments.
- Supportmigration and modernization initiativesfrom Dynamics AX and legacy ERP platforms toD365 F&O.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solution designs.
- Oversee ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
- Design and supportintegrations with third-party systemsand related interfacing solutions.
- Provide expertise across the technical and functional aspects ofDynamics F&O, including solution design, customization, and administration.
- Contribute to architecture and configuration efforts involvingDynamics 365 Customer Engagement Onlineand related modules.
- Support solutioning acrossCustomer Service, Omnichannel, Sales, and Field Servicecapabilities where applicable.
- Develop and maintaintechnical design documentation, system configurations, process instructions, and related ERP documentation.
- GuideStarter Kit configurationand customization development activities as needed.
