- Build and optimize 5-10 monday.com client workflows weekly, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing processes.
- Client Management: Serve as the main contact, maintaining detailed notes and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise
- Research best practices, implement integrations/automations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Customer Training: Provide expert guidance on monday.com features via email, video calls, and meetings.
- Process Improvement
- Collaborate with clients to refine procedures and achieve operational efficiency.
