Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Account Executive, Sales Development, Relationship Manager, and Account Development roles, from sourcing to close
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like, and adjust the search as you learn
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels, using funnel data to decide where to spend your time
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join a growing sales organization
• Spot opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and documentation, and share them with the team
• Manage offers and closing for your searches
