We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer GCP with AI expertise to join a project focused on building and maturing a centralized Cloud Product Engineering capability. You will implement and manage cloud infrastructure for a data mesh architecture project with an emphasis on the AI stack in GCP, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and architects, to standardize and simplify the consumption of GCP native services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.

Responsibilities

Request services and permissions from the Central Cloud Engineering team through the established JIRA process
Design, configure, and maintain the GCP environment for the data mesh architecture project
Collaborate with various teams to define cloud infrastructure requirements and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the GCP platform
Build CI/CD pipelines and automation with cloud-specific deployment models using GitHub Actions
Create and maintain documentation related to GCP infrastructure and deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks related to the GCP platform
Follow established standards, best practices, and guides
