Financial Specialist

Responsibilities

• Job functions
• ● Preparation of regular budgets and management reports in line with internal standards.
• Maintain accurate, reconciled financial data and reports across group entities
• ● Process payment orders, monitor cash and wallet balances, and actively plan and manage liquidity.
• ● Ensure timely settlement of invoices and service subscriptions across the organization.
• ● Process bookkeeping data and reports for auditors and banks, ensuring alignment with IFRS and applicable legislation.
• ● Participate in the annual audit and month-/year-end closing.
• ● Assist the CFO with documents for due diligence and bank, EMI and exchange account opening.
• ● Reconcile intra-group fund movements and balances, and actively participate in corporate structuring and tax planning and compliance.
• ● Help automate finance processes (ERP/BI, payments, reconciliations) to reduce manual input and errors.
