Senior Payroll Accountant

Responsibilities

• Calculate payroll and personnel-related expenses for assigned entities
• Coordinate payroll-related activities across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities
• Partner closely with HR, Legal, Treasury and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Perform payroll-related account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
• Manage communication with external payroll providers, accounting firms, EORs, and other service providers
• Review and oversee payroll calculations prepared by outsourced payroll teams and external providers
• Ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and delivered within established deadlines
• Work with payroll software and related systems to support payroll operations and reporting
• Create, document, and improve payroll processes, controls, and workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness and scalability
