Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Fully manage the Khostum initiative’s social media accounts
• Develop the social media strategy and monthly content calendar
• Generate topics and creative concepts for posts, Stories, Reels, and other formats
• Write high-quality Armenian copy consistent with the brand’s communication style
• Prepare publishing schedules and ensure timely posting
• Coordinate work with the Reels Creator, designer, and Head of Marketing
• Prepare content briefs, scripts, and technical assignments for filming
• Respond to comments and direct messages received through social media channels in a timely and professional manner, in line with Khostum’s communication style
• Increase audience engagement, reach, and account growth
• Propose social media advertising campaigns and participate in their implementation
