Senior Internal Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise comms operation.
• Own the editorial calendar and comms rhythms that keep the whole company aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction.
• Produce All Hands and Town Halls.
• Own end-to-end production of our weekly virtual All Hands and quarterly in-person Town Halls: content, narrative, speakers, run-of-show, and follow-through.
• Drive major announcements and change comms.
• Lead comms strategy and execution for company-wide moments: leadership changes, org shifts, cross-functional initiatives, and other high-signal announcements.
• Build the systems everyone else uses.
• Own Engine's Confluence home page, Slack architecture, norms and channels, and the AI skill-building programs that lift the whole company's ability to communicate.
• Coach senior leaders.
• Partner with Directors, Senior Directors, and VPs across the company on their communications, from written memos to All Hands appearances, so they show up clearly and consistently.
