Lead Functional Consultant (SAP MM / SD with Retail)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Retail functional solutions (SAP ECC), setting the strategic direction for implementation
• Own and oversee the execution of SAP consulting projects for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Guide and supervise master data management, configuration, and testing activities performed by the team
• Take full accountability for delivering high-quality project outcomes on-time and within budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving discussions to identify project needs, priorities, and requirements
• Mentor, coach, and support consultants within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth
• Establish training frameworks and support strategies for end-users
• Lead customer and project interviews to define scope, assess feasibility, and shape solution roadmaps
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and proposal development
