People Systems and Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• People Systems Strategy & Roadmap
• Partner with People leadership and IT to shape a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap, recommend priorities and tradeoffs, and own delivery of agreed-upon initiatives.
• Process & Workflow
• Translate complex business needs into simple, scalable processes, requirements, and system configurations across the employee and talent lifecycle.
• Technology Vendor Management
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of People technology vendors, ensuring our platforms deliver measurable value and work together effectively.
• Data, Reporting & AI: Improve People data governance, reporting, and analytics while identifying practical AI and automation opportunities that make work simpler and support better decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner across People, IT, Data, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams on cross-functional initiatives. Align stakeholders, drive decisions without direct authority, and measure the impact of systems investments.
