Responsibilities

• Customer Insights
• Collaborate with customers to uncover new opportunities for growth and profitability through personalized storytelling.
• Value Quantification
• Develop compelling ROI/TCO models that identify value areas driven by new products, emerging trends, and market challenges.
• GTM Enablement: Enable pre/post sales teams through training, content development and support; ensuring our sales organization is equipped to showcase Grafana's value with customers.
• Value Storytelling
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create a unified narrative that showcases Grafana's value proposition, aligning internal stakeholders and external messaging.
• Strategic Partnerships
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Observability Architects to define and articulate the business value of our products and services.
