We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build and enable AI agents for quality assurance use cases. In this role, you will partner closely with the client's internal champions and align development efforts with existing agent boilerplates, standards and delivery practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and enable AI agents for QA, testing, validation and software delivery use cases
- Develop, evaluate and refine prompts, including reusable prompt patterns
- Work with existing development boilerplates, templates and internal engineering standards
- Partner with client champions to identify use cases, prioritize opportunities and drive adoption
- Translate QA needs into effective agentic workflows
- Integrate agents into software development workflows
- Evaluate agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability and usability
- Explain agent capabilities, demonstrate prototypes and support stakeholder alignment
- Support or onboard tools such as Claude Code as part of the agent development workflow
