We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join EPAM and lead large-scale, business-critical engagements. This role is for a strong delivery professional who can balance customer needs, team leadership, and predictable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software programs across multiple teams
  • Ensure predictable delivery in terms of scope, timeline, quality, and budget
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and escalations in a professional and structured way
  • Align technical delivery with business objectives
  • Lead and develop distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
