Responsibilities

• Prepare loan packages issued without collateral, if there is a credit committee decision on amending any clause of an existing agreement; prepare additional agreements to previously concluded contracts.
• Prepare documents related to collateral property, including permits for handing over leased property and for making changes to collateral data, as well as release-of-collateral letters for repaid loans. Ensure document verification, delivery to the client, and [handling of] collateral concluded at the branch…
• Check the data of previously concluded collateral agreements related to a newly issued loan, and collect the documents needed to correct defects found in previously concluded contracts.
• Monitoring the loan issuance process, providing the documents related to loans to employees processing the loan, and archiving loan files (current and repaid).
