Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external corporate events while managing event timelines, logistics, suppliers, venues, catering, branding and on-site coordination
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and marketing assets across digital and physical channels, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Manage the production of corporate videos, multimedia projects, event materials, office branding, print collateral, signage, presentations and other branded assets in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, designers, printers and suppliers
• Track project progress, coordinate priorities, facilitate stakeholder communication and work closely with marketing, leadership, finance, operations and external partners to ensure smooth execution of business objectives
• Monitor marketing and event budgets, track project expenditures and remaining allocations, and manage purchase orders, invoices, payment follow-up, supplier contracts and administrative documentation
• Identify opportunities to maximize available budgets through value-adding marketing initiatives
• Support colleagues with ad hoc marketing and event initiatives when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, planning and operational efficiency by evaluating project outcomes and recommending process improvements
