Your mission is to build and operate the systems, vendor relationships, and processes that keep Alpaca accurate, compliant, and on time across every corporate action, from announcement ingestion and entitlement calculation through processing, reconciliation, and client credit. You will ensure that corporate action operations scale reliably as Alpaca adds new event types, asset classes, international markets, and partner institutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the corporate actions product lifecycle at a rapidly scaling self-clearing broker-dealer.
- Own Corporate Actions End-to-End
- Drive the product roadmap for announcement capture, entitlement calculation, mandatory and voluntary event processing, payouts, and exception handling. Define timelines, acceptance criteria, and quality gates that ensure accurate, timely processing at scale.
