We’re looking for a Lead/Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team in India and help design cutting-edge solutions for global clients. We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior professional with deep specialization in AI technologies and Application Modernisation to lead the design and delivery of transformative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions and agentic platforms that deliver measurable business value
- Lead application modernisation initiatives that incorporate AI technologies to enhance and transform existing systems
- Assess legacy systems and recommend modernisation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for enterprise applications
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and modernisation patterns
- Design migration pathways from monolithic to microservices, cloud-native, or AI-enabled architectures
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present solutions and gather feedback
