We are seeking a versatile and highly capable Tech Lead / Systems Architect to join our team immediately. In this role, you will initially focus on internal systems, gaining a deep understanding of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and core infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Project Initiation
- Design robust system architectures for upcoming client projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Launch projects from scratch, making foundational decisions on tech stacks, project structures, and deployment pipelines.
- Translate ambiguous client business requirements into concrete, production-ready technical roadmaps.
- 🔍 Code & Infrastructure Auditing
- Analyze and understand existing codebases and legacy infrastructure quickly.
- Evaluate cloud infrastructure setups to identify bottlenecks, security risks, or optimization opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between software development and infrastructure management.
- 💼 Client Consulting & Internal Integration
- Embed with our internal MSP team initially to understand our current infrastructure, tooling, and operational workflows.
