Senior/Lead Analyst with BI expertise

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Build data models to support current needs and strategic business objectives
• Direct data operations that influence the outcome of the final product or service, including data cleansing, validation, and profiling
• Design modern architectural solutions such as DWH and Data Lake
• Collaborate with data specialists including Data Scientists, Engineers, and Architects as a primary data source provider
• Work with stakeholders at all levels, including project and technical managers throughout the product lifecycle
• Plan and conduct requirement discovery sessions to identify dependencies and blockers by engaging stakeholders from business and IT
• Identify and resolve issues related to current and future data states to improve data quality
• Prototype business needs using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Influence development processes through backlog management
