We are seeking a strategic, process-driven Director of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with a strong focus on operations planning, resource management, and labor modeling. This role owns the integrated planning function responsible for translating business strategy into executable operational plans that balance capacity and labor against service and cost targets.
Responsibilities
- Own the Operations Planning Strategy
- Set the vision and governance for the S&OP process, chairing the weekly S&OP meeting and driving alignment between demand signals and executable operations plans across the network.
- Own the translation of volume plans into required hours by role and process path, and the labor models that drive it.
- Develop and recommend the long-range workforce strategy by anticipating volume trends, seasonal spikes, and the labor impact of strategic initiatives.
