Enterprise Data Analyst Specialist

• This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements, leveraging preferable experience with the following: Healthcare IT/Data, knowledge of FHIR interoperability standards, and experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
• * Assist both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate
• * Responsible for the development of user stories and user acceptance criteria for Epics to drive planning for the data component of projects and programs
• * Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication of business and technical requirements for new solutions
• * Represent business/stakeholder interests by understanding and driving business needs and desires to implementation
• * Understands the business process / support functions for their business group
• * Assist both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate
• * Support the Data Engineer in serving business customers, as needed
