GRID is looking for a BI Analyst to join our Trading team and support esports trading operations through data, reporting, and statistical tools. The core focus of this role is to build and maintain statistical modules for traders and provide clear performance and actionable insights to trading.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trading performance dashboards and reports using appropriate BI and reporting tools
- Build clean, reliable datasets using advanced SQL to support analysis and modeling, and collaborate with Engineering to productionize scalable data solutions
- Develop automated tools and dashboards that help stakeholders monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions
- Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring trading performance
- Create automated reporting pipelines for daily/weekly performance metrics
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance tracking systems
- Work closely with Analytics and Data teams to align metrics and data definitions
- Optimize data queries and ETL processes for performance
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Support traders with ad-hoc analysis and insights
