Business Analyst - Enterprise Blockchain Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and product ownership activities including requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation across Blockchain & Stablecoin, Custodial Wallet, and Crypto-Acquiring tracks
• Act as Scrum Master for the development team, supporting agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking
• Drive product strategy and user experience design for digital asset tokenization, stablecoin lifecycle management, and crypto-acquiring workflows
• Design user flows and UX/UI concepts for wallet solutions (custodial, multisig, MPC) and payment/acquiring processes, including merchant onboarding, with understanding of custody models and business implications
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and identify blockchain industry best practices and user behavior patterns
• Support solution design discussions with strong understanding of tokenization, DLT architecture approaches, and account abstraction concepts
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, and support timely resolution
• Ensure the team remains aligned with project goals, scope, and delivery timelines across all three tracks
• Prepare and deliver presentations, conduct workshops, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure regulatory awareness for KYC/AML, PSD2, and GDPR requirements
