Responsibilities
- Write UX and product copy across web, app, and lifecycle touchpoints: headlines, CTAs, labels, helper text, error and empty states, confirmations, and in-flow education
- Work in the design process alongside product designers, from early flows to final specs, in Figma
- Build and maintain our copy standards: voice and tone guidelines, style guide, glossary, and reusable copy patterns
- Keep copy consistent across product areas, and flag gaps and conflicts in terminology
- Partner with Product
- Design, Engineering
- Research, Marketing, Legal, and Member
- Support to ship accurate, clear copy
- Write to support business goals such as acquisition, conversion, add-to-cart, basket size, and retention, without losing member trust
- Run and learn from copy tests (A/B and experiments), user research, and performance data, then iterate
