Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable full stack solutions using .NET, Azure and React
- Manage technical delivery of user stories from estimation through implementation and deployment
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Develop technical documentation and artifacts to support solution design and development
- Mentor and guide engineers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Incorporate AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle
- Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
- Develop and maintain backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions to build cloud-based solutions
