We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to lead our team of engineers, take ownership of our infrastructure, and help us elevate our CI/CD and automation processes to the next level. Responsibilities

- Manage a team of DevOps engineers (assigning tasks, tracking execution, conducting reviews).
- Develop the technical and soft skills of your team members, conduct 1-on-1s, and create development plans.
- Processes: Optimize and build efficient workflows within the team (Agile, Kanban/Scrum).
- Infrastructure Management: Coordinate and maintain the rotation for monitoring critical infrastructure alerts, ensuring duties are distributed fairly and evenly across the team, including yourself.
- Develop and implement the DevOps methodology, GitOps strategy and infrastructure roadmap.
- Collaboration
- Maintain close communication with Development, QA, PMs, and other stakeholders.
