• Build and scale repeatable event motions across
• Partner Marketing’s online and in-person portfolio, including partner-led pre-sales and post-sales workshops, partner enablement programs, and co-sell events.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to use existing infrastructure and processes where possible, improving efficiency and consistency across programs.
• Own the measurement and analytical framework for partner events.
• Identify and quantify high-value opportunities, establish event selection criteria and performance benchmarks, and assess results against defined business outcomes. Diagnose the root causes of underperformance and recommend changes that improve impact, efficiency, and return on investment.
• Develop and maintain a capacity model and integrated editorial calendar for
