Head of Client Relations Department

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and counterparties.
• Serve as a key contact for daily communication, inquiries, and transaction-related matters.
• Ensure timely responses, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of service.
• Support business development by strengthening existing relationships and identifying opportunities for cooperation.
• Monitor client transactions throughout the processing and settlement cycle, ensuring timely execution and resolution of outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Review transaction revenues, costs, fees, commissions, and profitability calculations for consistency with agreed terms and internal records.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate their causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely communication regarding delays or operational issues.
• Organize and supervise the Department’s daily activities, assigning tasks and responsibilities according to employees’ roles and workloads.
