Content Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Management
• Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles focused on fundraising, nonprofit best practices, product education, and industry trends.
• Coordinate and manage external writers to support the production of expert-written and thought leadership content.
• Assist in the execution of Donorbox's content calendar, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support the development of content for strategic initiatives, including SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), customer retention programs, and product launches.
• Customization of content across multiple formats such as email campaigns, landing pages, guides, social content, and customer communications, to drive personalized content.
• Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to refresh, optimize, and improve existing content performance.

• Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within major email marketing platforms
• Maintain audience segmentation, contact lists, and automation workflows to support campaign targeting and personalization.
