Director, Customer Marketing

Responsibilities

•  Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results • Typically manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams • Influences others to accept practices and approaches • Communicates and influences executive leadership • Owns short to mid-term execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Customer •and Partner Marketing team • Leads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team • Manages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team • Coordinates cross-functional communication to align initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency • Lead the marketing strategy and execution for ConnectWise’s customer and partner lifecycle initiatives. • Collaborate with Partner Success to develop retention and health campaigns tied to partner cohorts. • Own marketing for the ConnectWise Partner Program, including marketing assessments, campaigns, and •co-marketing events with partners and their end clients. • Drive engagement in ConnectWise PRM platform (GlassHive) to increase partner participation and •campaign execution. • Support IT Nation program marketing, including recruitment and product-related initiatives. • Lead strategy and logistics for regional in-person user group events, ensuring alignment with product •training, roadmap education, and community feedback. • Collaborate with ConnectWise University and community teams to connect user groups with virtual •learning and engagement opportunities. • Develop lifecycle campaigns and nurture flows aligned to key product adoption and engagement •moments. • Partner with Product Marketing to deliver content that drives customer growth and satisfaction. • Track engagement and performance of partner marketing programs to inform future investments. • Align with corporate messaging and PR/Comms teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints. • Other duties as assigned. • ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
