Senior Client Partner - Manufacturing & Regulated Products (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of account strategy, growth plan and execution for a defined portfolio of German industrial clients
• Protect and expand an existing multi-million-euro account while developing a new client into a scalable strategic partnership
• Build structured account plans including whitespace analysis, stakeholder mapping, strategic priorities, commercial targets, pipeline, risk assessment and actions
• Originate, qualify and shape complex digital transformation opportunities that align with client imperatives such as operational reliability, compliance, supply chain resilience, cost optimization and intelligent operations
• Develop and maintain trusted C-level and VP-level relationships across technology, operations, manufacturing, digital and corporate functions
• Lead commercial governance, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health checks and drive disciplined sales operations, bookings and revenue growth
• Act as the senior escalation point for account issues and ensure early issue resolution to maintain trusted relationships
• Drive multi-practice collaboration within EPAM – consulting, design, engineering, platforms and data – to deliver value-driven client solutions
• Ensure current engagements meet client satisfaction, quality goals and commercial expectations while identifying renewal and expansion opportunities
• Lead executive-level governance forums including strategic account reviews, steering committees and quarterly business reviews
