We are seeking a Senior Project Manager . You will lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale insurance technology program, aligning senior stakeholders and multi-team workstreams around scope, milestones, risks and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams to meet scope, timeline and quality goals
- Partner with senior client stakeholders as the primary delivery point of contact
- Run delivery governance including cadence, reporting, decision logs and escalations
- Own integrated planning across milestones, dependencies, resourcing and forecasts
- Track delivery performance through KPIs, surface trends and drive corrective actions
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies with clear mitigation plans
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across product, engineering and business teams
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, collaboration and transparency
