Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress using tools like Jira, TFS, or Asana.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Review and understand API documentation, data flows, and integration requirements to support clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, functional descriptions, and generate reports at each stage of the project.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
• Manage risk, track dependencies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders through regular reports.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and well-maintained.
