• Delivery and Execution
• Coordinates and executes team activities following appropriate implementation plans. This may include scope, goals, scheduling, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.
• Planning and Alignment
• Identifies budget and resource requirements. Develops plans and timelines and ensures all team members understand overall objectives of the work. Executes on plans to improve productivity, contain cost, and improve performance.
• Status Updates and Progress
• Monitors work progress based on estimated time to complete delegated deliverables. Assesses bottlenecks in work processes and communicates issues to senior management.
